As Lead Designer, I developed this 30-look collection from concept through production. I created original mood boards, sketches, technical flats, and tech packs, sourced all fabrics and trims, and managed fit sessions, grading, and full-size run approvals. I oversaw communication with manufacturers, directed quality control during bulk production, and ensured size inclusivity through custom specs.

Beyond design, I coordinated photoshoots to capture garment details, wrote product names and descriptions, and collaborated with marketing, logistics, and e-commerce teams. The collection launched and fully sold out, highlighting a successful season of modern tailoring and clean, elevated silhouettes.
